By accessing, downloading, or using Dealer Training Suite (including the web software and mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software. This Service is owned and operated by Dupont Legacy Group L.L.C.
Dealer Training Suite is strictly an educational simulation tool engineered to assist student dealers and casino gaming employees in practicing payout math, chip handling, and dealing procedures.
This Service is intended solely for adult users (18 years of age or older) who are preparing for or currently employed in the casino industry. By accessing the Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Purchases of the Pro Dealer Pass ($14.99) or Custom Elite Pass ($24.99) grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license for digital access to unlocked training modules. Creating an account allows you to sync unlocked passes across supported web browsers and mobile app installations.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure payout structures reflect standard casino procedures, house rules vary by jurisdiction. Using this software does not guarantee employment, audition passage, or specific hiring outcomes with any casino operator.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dupont Legacy Group L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
All design assets, table layouts, sound design, software algorithms, and training systems are the exclusive property of Dupont Legacy Group L.L.C. and are protected by copyright laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
