Dupont Legacy Group L.L.C. ("we", "us", or "our") built theDealer Training Suite(including the Blackjack & Baccarat Payout Trainer) as a commercial training application. This Service is provided by Dupont Legacy Group L.L.C. and is intended for vocational dealer education.

This page informs visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use our Service.

1. Account Registration & Authentication

When you register an account to sync your unlocked passes across web browsers and mobile devices, we collect your email address. Authentication is securely processed using Supabase Auth with encrypted tokens and bcrypt password hashing. We do not sell, rent, or share your account credentials or email address with third parties.

2. Payment Information & Transactions

All online web pass purchases (such as the Pro Dealer Pass or Custom Elite Pass) are handled directly via the Square Web Payments SDK. Your raw credit card numbers, CVVs, and billing details are processed on Square's PCI-compliant servers. Dupont Legacy Group L.L.C. never stores or sees your payment card numbers.

3. Local Storage & Gameplay Performance Stats

To deliver an interactive learning experience, the app tracks your gameplay progress locally on your device or linked to your Supabase profile. This includes:

• Daily login streak counts and flame evolutions
• Accuracy statistics across 3:2 payouts, Baccarat commission, and side bets
• Total hands and shoes resolved

This performance metric data is used exclusively to render yourDealer Performance Dashboardand provide automated coach feedback.

4. Log Data & Analytics

We do not use intrusive third-party tracking frameworks that collect sensitive device logs, contact lists, or background location data.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our training software is intended strictly for adult users (18 and older) who are preparing for or currently working in the gaming and casino industry. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 18.
